Is update over

My site is exacly the same as it was when the update started, and i looked at alot of other web sites , and they havn't changed either.:sad:

My site didn't change either, but it was only 2 weeks old when the update happened. How old is your site?

I do have a question that is related to the above, I think. I' had a PR2 since February when I started. I've made lots of changes and added content to the site. According to the predication, it will be a PR4. I really don't care that much, but it seems to matter to those seeking to do a link swap.
Anyway, the site is http://www.24-7wagering.com. How long does it take to make some sort of movement and what am I doing wrong?
