problem w/ google backlinks and PR

Hi everyone, i have a problem. my website http://www.officeandhome.net during the recent google update went from 131 backlinks down to 50 and some of my internal pages lost there PR completely. my homepage stayed at PR3.
All i have been doing for the last few months is gaining links (one way and reciprocal to related sites). I am just really confused as to how this could have happened.
I was even on the first page for my most important keywords and now have disappeared. Please Help!

Hi there,

You don't by any chance use sub domains? When I began using sub domains, my internal pages began losing there PageRank, as Google for some reason treats them as separate sites...Well, the Google Bot does!

I have read this before as well so I know I am not the only person this has happened to before.

Google are starting to drop a lof of backlinks trading quantity for quality.

Hi

Excuse my ignorance on these matters , but I have had real problems with google and trying to get my site http://www.wisemovetospain.com listed on google results and having checked backlinks today I have only 1 on google but over 300 on yahoo. the links are some good links from relevant pr rated sites. I have posted emails asking their guidance , with no joy. What am i missing???

Could be google taking you back to the future
many or some of your google-cached-pages might be from Feb. or March of your websites data... you do have some

google delay very often..... may be it is only a delay

Hi!

Belive it or not totaly the same thing happened to me. Backlinks fell arround 50% and some internal pages lost PR and are now 0. My index page stayed 3 as it was before update. And I am still not in SERPs.

I was hoping for update but this was not exactly what i wanted and it really pissed me off because of all hard work to improve site, backlinks and to finally get out of sandbox.
