Default SERP position
I understand that the reason iwebtool doesn't search deeper than 10 SERP's on the SERP position tool is because it is a bandwidth hog, but I'd like to know if the things I do are having an effect on my position, and I'm nowhere close to the top 100, so is there a script I can run from my website that will find my position if it's much much higer than the top 100?

It will be hard to get that type of script / software
because search engine feel , when there are lots of automated queries as spam

anyway if you find a software you must use a proxy

Yes, myhomehost is correct. Google/MSN and such will consider you as spam if you were to automate their search engines (read their TOS).

Is there a work around for this? I'm really curious as to my status, alexa gives it to you straight, does google/yahoo/msn have a means of finding my position?

There is some online tool that goes deeper than 10 SERP's, think 1000 is a limit , I'm not sure , think website was something like "SearchGenie" or something similar
