The most simple and easy way to add and remove links is to edit your HTML files manually using your HTML editor software. Alternatively, you can download scripts to get an online management system on your website. Look around Google for CMS.

Hi there,

If you are inexperienced with web development I would use Macromedia Dreamweaver as it is very basic and is designed for amateur use as well as professional use, although FrontPage will do the job.

I find Microsoft Notepad useful for quick jobs like link deletion.

Regards,
Kieran Taylor.

well. i think the questioner asks about reciprocal links. they must be large in quantity. so normal ways (editing html using editors / manually) will take lots of time. my opinion is..
If you want to built large quantity reciprocal links then use php link directory software. ver 2.0 of it is free. Why i suggest this is, you can easily track back the reciprocal links, which still exists or not.
