Default An iwebtool.com wannabe?

http://www.inwebtools.com

The above website. First of all, have a look at the favicon. Isn't it similar to the domain lookup tool? Secondly, the meta tags and title tags.

How funny is that!!! I guess you could take it 2 ways, somebody admires you, or someone is just plain lazy.

Funny, but no competition

I'd be more concerned, but not worried, about devwebtools.com

Wow, could the taste in music be any worst? YUCK!

As for the work, the owner has alot of work to do to be able to handle the competition.

Hi there,

The worst one has to be http://www.devwebtool.com/, it is almost identically the same (which is illegal as iWebTool clearly has a copyright sign on the bottom of every page).

The logo is represented by two cogs...looks familiar, that's because it is almost identical to the 'Web Tools' icon at the top of this page.

As for the web tools, OK there is difference which indeed is probably legal, although I would personally be embarrassed if I had to steal ideas, as I like to be different and as original as possible.

If the owners of iWebTool are bothered than I would recommend that they kindly ask him to change his site, and then if he doesn't comply you get in touch with legal authorities. Although, if you aren't bothered it is a shame because it will smudge the great presence you have created on the web.

Regards,
Kieran Taylor.

Well if they were doing better I suspect the tone of this post would be very different!

And for the people that find them first or find them instead of here its degrading the reputation of this site.

so imho just because they're poor examples doesn't make it okay

there should be rentathug.com where you can hire someone to find them and give them a slap. in fact invoice them for the software then factor it out to a dodge debt collection agency.
