Default A couple more sites I would appreciate feedback on

Hey again everyone,

I'm really impressed with this board and following the helpful feedback I was given on my last site posted I was hoping you could all have a look at another couple for me.

The Urls are

http://www.kevinmillsracing.com
http://www.stephenrobertsracing.com
http://www.andymeyrick.com

Cheers

Matt

kevinmills is nice, again. The blue on white hurts my eyes a bit, but that could be cause I have bad eyes.

stephenroberts is also nice. The colors were alot easier on the eyes.

andymeyrick is nice too. You have a pretty solid portfolio. Are you a professional design team, or did you create these sites for personal reasons?

Cheers for the review jumpen.

We are a design team in a sense, we have lots of things on the go but we do build sites for certain industries / markets where we have an interest in it!

The overall for me would be that the header images are a bit distracting. But the one site I like the most is andy's which seems to be easier to view.

Just my view of it great work Matt, I will pass these links to my aunt and uncle because they LOVE nascar and other types of racing

Cheers Optik, I tend to agree to be honest i would prefer if the large header was only on the index and then much thinner on content pages.

What do you think of

http://www.alexwatersracing.com/

I prefer the header style we used on this height wise, not 100% sure about the flash myself but client was insistent...

I deffinently like that interval changing, though you should change it to display the next frame faster instead of a slow fade. VERY good job on that

Hi there,

I agree that the blue on the first website is too much, apart from that the sites look pretty sweet.

Hmm...never heard of those racers, are they amateur at the moment? And are they formula one?

That's all I can see that would be a problem.

Regards,
Kieran Taylor.

Hey Kieran,

Thanks for the reply. I too am of the opinion that the blue is too much on the eyes but its really good to have other people's feedback to backup my arguement for the next sites we build.

The drivers are semi-professional or professional. Stephen, Alex and Andy all race in UK National Forumla Ford which is one of the starter national formulas where young drivers get experience before moving up.

Duncan Tappy who i mentioned on another post is a UK National Formula Renault driver which is a higher formula, Kimi Raikonnen went straight from this to Formula 1.
