Default Two new sites to look at :-)

Hi folks,
I've recently uploaded two new sites: www.paternityzone.com and www.bidzebay.com and would appreciate any feedback or critique.
TIA,
Steve

Hi Steve,

The Paternity site may look more professional if you didn't carry the GoogleAds, other than that I would say they are OK in terms of content but the graphics are a little old skool, especially the quaility on the paternity site.

Another thing I would advise is that if you specify a doctype then be sure you pages validate correctly.

Had a look, one question/statement however. You have ebays logo linking to them. Ebay are usually full of $*&%"$ with sites that compete, or at least if they think they will compete. Have you thought about the fact they might try to sue.

I'm just wondering how that works, are you an affiliate of bidz, or a sister site? The site looks really good to me, the only thing is, why would I go to bidzebay, when typing bidz is easier, and the two are the exact same service? And at the bottom of the site, you have a disclaimer that states you are not responsible for the content of any external sites, but you mention bidz.com in several places within your site as if you were bidz.com, which makes one wonder if you are bidz.com or if bidz.com is also an external site.

The Google adds should be smaller or less intrusive.

on the bidz ebay one I see numbers going up - is that actual people bidding or is it just a simulation?
