As far as the pokemon site, I'd say, clean it up a bit....Get rid of some of the text, and make use of some more borders around your graphics. Try to think of a key pharse that will grab someone's attention. My guess would be that most of your visitors come in for less than 30 seconds then lose interest.
As far as Pune Properties, I'm not sure where Pune is, but it is obviously a real estate site, which means that your only demographic is local to Pune. So you have to try to find a way to target that demographic. Maybe placing local ads on sites that pertain to the area you are dealing in. I now in the USA that real estate is an up and down market, and it follows and creates its own economic trends, but the most likely place for a US citizen to start looking when interested in buying property is on the internet.

Where is your traffic coming from? Search engines, link exchanges, top sites, ...? If you are not already doing so, try and focus your advertising on areas of interest to Pokemon fans.
There's nothing on the site that really sells the surfer. Have something like featured card of the day or week and make it stand out. Talk to the surfer as if you are a true fan of Pokemon. Speak to them in their language.
I personally would not use bold on the black text. It's hard on the eyes on a white background.
Ask your surfers to bookmark the site, but give them a reason to do so. How often is the site updated with new cards? Any specials or awesome deals? Do you offer cheaper prices than other Pokemon card sites? Why should the surfer buy from you and not someone else?
Create some kind of user feedback form where true collectors of Pokemon can post their comments, offer trades, and just chit chat about the cards or Pokemon related issues.
