Hi,

I think Hostmonster is very good hosting provider. Their support is excelleent. Their performance is very good and finally price is very affordable.

Hostmonster is not a bad host. In fact there are a few good hosts out there. They like any other host must battle mostly negative reviews since the majority of those happy with a service do not post their experience. It is good to see you posting your positive experience.

There have been multiple threads about Hostmonster.com, both negative and positive, I guess it's inevitable to have both pleased and angry customers.

That is true. No host can please everyone all the time. Along with good comes the negative comments. It is just a fact of any business.

Yeap and that influence on the customer's choice. Most sales are review based.

Very true to a point. I know alot of people who dont look into company or product reviews prior to purchasing which is a bad idea. However, sometimes the reviews are skewed by the fact that many of the people posting them are not happy for whatever reason. A company could have 10,000 happy customers and 100 unhappy ones and people may not even know the good they are doing.

This is sad, but unfortunately true. Look at most review sites and you will see posts from people who are mostly unsatisfied no matter the host.

Agreed and they are mostly not good ones. And sometimes people do use bad revies to attract web hosting company attention to speedup the process of company growing.
