Layout of site is very nice. One thing I want to suggest you is to change the color of search button and search bar because they really look odd in black and blue-grey.

The layout is very great and the colours you use as well. Maybe a header image fading rotation would make the site looks a little bit more fancy. I would have two suggestions:

Replace the default drupal favicon with an unique one
Place nofollow onto the read more links, and then the inner contents would be linked with keyphrases

i also have to agree with the points above but i would like to congrats you, because i tested your site and it is: Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict - which means, that there are no html-coding mistkaes. Well done!

That's a nice and clean site. I prefer to replace the gradation background image of the ads on the right with solid one. nice job

your site take much time before loading index page
i think this is due to too much dynamic query at first page or due to low server speed
