Not with all. I would recommend make sure before sibscribe for such web hosting...

They are open source, which means you can install them on virtually every hosting account if a host gives you access to.
So getting a shared plan from hostdime.com or marblehost.com, applying for ssh access and then installing any cms will solve the problem.

Why do you need SSh for that?
Yes, mambo etc. are free and come with most script installers like fantastico. Nothing special about it. Any Linux host can run it as well.

Most hosting plan (even shared) will let you create a database and upload the necessary files to install joomla and mambo (and all other open source CMS)

No need for SSH usually, thus try to find a reliable host most probably you will be able to install your favorite CMS

Not everyone. Only ones which promice that (98% of them )

MarbleHost.com as well as HostDime.com provide a lot of software on their shared package plans. Hm ... buying so cheap plans you get a lot of software that will help your to run your web site easier.

I have seen that SiberName.com provides many modules on their shared plans. Dare say I haven't seen so feature-rich plans with resource intensive control panels. Being a domain registrar they have provided nice shared web hosting.
