Why My signature not working till now

I am new here and facing problem my signature actually i m using BBC code according to site but my signature is not making a hyper link with my anchor text. in signature preview it appearing good but in post it show as simple text like http://www.seomanualsubmission.com.

In my signature where i m using my email address it is working properly as contact us but url is not working why ?

Can any one help me to short out my confusion ?
