| Re: The reason fat people find it hard to lose weight is found Its so easy for most to just put down the fork, but being on the fat side, it is easier said than done, as with any type of habit we try to overcome, be it smoking or drinking. As said, I think a strick regiment on a daily basis will help get a habit of good eating started. Michele

| Re: The reason fat people find it hard to lose weight is found Fat people stay fat because they choose to. And if they go on a diet and work out, well, once they've lost the weight, they relax and regain it. Theres a simple solution, eat, and burn what you eat. Period. Fat people disgust me.
