Directory use pretty standard so easy enough to use.
You have no meta description or keywords, I would suggest you add those.

You directory looks simple and very impressive in design.

I was it bit astonished to see homepage PR5 but no other page have any PR, then I visit archive.org and found that last year it was a chinese website ... most provably you bought it and set a directory.

So it will a very challening task to keep the PR intact otherwise in next PR update all indexes will disappeared and you will have Zero.

Start SEO allover, use meta tags and exchange links.

A nice clean design, thats pretty clear. Pretty standard directory pages which dont have any PR, interesting to see what happens, home page fall or inside pages rise.
