Large site built mostly for adsense. I believe its 800 something pages. I placed the goggle ad in each article where google recommends. It has three ads on most all pages, and of course the terms should pay decently. I've also added banners, a product(two sold for one price), and links for sale, so four sources of income. Not a bad name either.

The last of the custom adsense sites. This one is only 200 pages, but thats still a ton more than most of my sites, and of course domain clicks tend to pay well too. I hope that set up would lead to clicks as well, but largely experimenting best placements, but all 200 pages has 3 ads per. Sure you could find some products to sell, or affiliate to promote as well.

this is a complete affiliate site, but here you are buying the name mosting. i've had some luck with commisions from this affiliate, and felt this was a great name for a niche market. Site geared to men in california.

again here you are mostly looking at just the name as this is just an affiliate site. Name is worth the price. One sell of low in nets $19.75 and again had some luck selling this affiliate.

an affiliate site mostly but strongly considering keeping the site, largely just for the name. A few of your own products and this could be a good money marker. Perhaps its me but I think the name is brandable, easy to remember, and rings well.

Okay so there are my sites for sale. All the above names are at the register enom.com IMCcenter is the oldest and just under 2 months, so all the names need to be transfered via enom. Accounts there are free and the transfer is free. You will have 10 months at least to transfer it to somewhere else if you like or you perhaps find a $6.95 or $8.95 account there. I can offer you free $8.95 accounts. These sites are mostly turnkeys, save the first three and really at least three others I mostly built from scatch or with sections of a template. I believe all of these are priced to sell. they were built to sell and are new and haven't been promoted. That of course means no traffic to speak of nor sales.

The process. After paypal payment, I will move the name to the enom account you provide and PM the FTP data.

Only the first three aren't priced, but they do have a BIN, and the least offer I will accept. The others are all priced. I will consider(read consider) slightly less in bulk. I'm sorry I don't offer hosting, so I would you need you to move within a few days but I can likely help if needed.
