The new owner will receive the complete website, the domain name, and 30 days of free support or training from myself, which includes all info needed on how to operate, where to advertise, etc... Revenue Information:

Taking an average of the revenue over the last 12 months, the site takes approx 600 USD per month.

This can vary, some months it might be $300, some months it can be $2000. it depends on what work comes in.

We have various logo design packages ranging in price from £99 to £249, we usually sell about one of these per month.

The site takes an average of 8 enquiries a week, and normally 1 of those converts into a sale. As i said, that sale could be $100, it could be $2000. it depends what the client requiries, and you set the costs and give the quotes, so you will always be working for the price you set. Nothing less.

I Due to the fact i need a fast sale because of pending medical problems, i am reluctantly selling this at a price which i beleive will make a fast sale, therefore the buy it now price is $750. A reserve of $500 is in place if you would prefer to bid for the business.

For those asking why I am selling: Simply moving on, I have various other businesses I operate, and i also am going into hospital for some fairly major surgery in about 6 weeks which will put me out of action for about 6 months.
