there are some web tools found online that can help in creating logos for websites but since they are templates, you might find your logo on hundreds of other websites too.

The best thing to do is search on the internet for a marketing/design agency, to create a new logo it would only take a few hours work and they would suggest different designs...

you can also outsource that task. lots of company and freelancers can do the job for fast turn-overs. they are also cheap but the quality of work is definitely great.

if you really want to have a great logo, i would not recommend a free tool. I would hire a designer, i know some people, who could do one for you, tell me what you eed and how much you are willing to pay, maybe i can give you a contact person.
