How to promote the site?

I would like to attract more potential customers to the site votingserver.com which is dedicated to remotely hosted services. The services are created to help webmasters upgrade their pages with new interactive tools such as voting feature, guestbook, chat, send-to-friend, etc., and do not require special knowledge of html and programming.
Currently we have several hundreds of subscribers after opening the registration in September 2007. In my opinion it is quite a little. I need your advices in site promotion and attraction of customers (as prospective audience is very large: webmasters, users of social webs, etc.)

I would greatly appreciate your advices

Include Social Bookmarking, participate on Community Posting like Yahoo Answers, Yedda, Answer Bag and Answer. I find yahoo answer the
great source for traffic.

especially forum posting on webmaster related forums would help you. You should be active here on iwebtool.com, namepros, v7n and especially on dp. I would also launch a campaing in "honsting offers" on these sites. It would work great, if your service is reliable enough...

Try to approach SEO service providing companies with information about your helpful tools. For online promotion post into social bookmarking, forums, blogs and classified site in relevant category.

Backlinks are key. And maybe start of with some Pay Per Click campaign to kick off the site.

I am promoting my site using Social Bookmaring, forum signature links and Directiory Submissions. You can use all these techniques and you can get good traffic.
