Question Best Ratio Between Disk Space and Bandwidth

Can you suggest the best ratio between disk space and bandwidth in reseller plans, say if MMhosting.com offer 12,000 MB of disk space and 200 GIG of bandwidth is it OK?
Is there any proportion between space and bandwidth or their allocation is purely hosting provider's business?

There are no proportions at all. They are different things. And do not influence on each other.
