Hello all,

I own a tech support site (www.techsupportteam.org). Due to some recent changes in my life, and now my future has become clear -- I have decided to sell the website. I was just going to take it down, then I thought, "No", its not fair on the current members, mods and admins who are all wonderful people.

Here are some stats:

Threads: 1,486
Posts: 13,390
Members: 267

The website is vBSEO-enabled, it also comes with a photo gallery (photopost). Indexed pages are going up -- thanks to vBSEO. With the right person, or people, this site can go a long way. It certainly has the mods/admins to do that, as well as some great, active members. All mods/admins are very knowledgeable, so I advise and expect you to keep them, as I really don't want to spoil anything for them. Don't believe me, take a look at some of their posts, especially in the 'malware removal' forum. The site has been up since October 2007, and has been performing well ever since. However, I didn't purchase vBulletin, vBSEO, ect until late december, so that's really when members have started rising. I think it does need a new logo, and that was my next thing to do, but since I'm now selling it -- I'll leave that decision to whoever buys the website.

Here is what I have done, and what I was going do (until I decided to sell):

TODO:

- Create a news management system (ContentTeller)
- Attachments onto a new server, lessen the load?
- Create reviews/articles area
- Add IRC chat server
- Add downloads section
- Create a page for the rules - instead of a thread
- Introduce TST Arcade - Maybe?
- Bring in a classifieds page and update Itrading system to work with 3.7, as well as integrate with classifieds script

Done!

- Add system specs drop down menu in postbit - Completed
- Have 404 errors to redirect to forums - Completed (17/02/2008)
- Custom search (powered by google) - Completed (03/03/2008) -- still need do one for the homepage once up!
- Purchase vBSEO - Purchased
- Set-up cron job for automatic backups daily (4am UK time every day) - Completed (13/02/2008)
- Resize images in post - stop the page stretching - Completed
- Optimize forums for mobile use - Completed (beta)
- privacy policy/legal page - Completed Better page once homepage is up.
- Add blog - Completed (02/04/2008) Still some work to do.

I only recently implemented google adsense, but that has been performing well, thus far. It is running the latest vBulletin (currently in release candidate stage): vBulletin Release Candidate 2. Gold expected in the next week or so (hopefully).

I haven't come to a price I want. I just want someone to offer me a fair price, as I have spent so much on this site, and worked countless hours to get it where it is today.
