How do dmoz redirect and keep page indexed

still do not get it

Can someone explain how dmoz redirect?

When you use google or yahoo search index pages
site:dmoz.com
you get results all URLs are related to dmoz.com

site:dmoz.org
you get results all URLs are related to dmoz.org

but when you click url: dmoz.com/Test/World/Corsu/
browser will show dmoz.org/Test/World/Corsu/

How dmoz redirect all dmoz.com pages to dmoz.org pages?
The important thing is: how both of dmoz.org and dmoz.com pages can be also indexed?

So they finally have come to the conclusion that the organization domain status is best for their web presence since they are not a paid organization or a company.
