Default Opinion on domain name

I own this Domain and the site.

http://www.q33k.com

Is this a bad domain name?

It is easy to remember and my hits are good.

I am selling it and the site

It is only good if someone have a business name similar to this domain name. Otherwise these kind of domain name can easily be made and buy from domain name companies.

You should only sell 'legit' domain names. People don't want to pay for Domain Hacks or cute little puns. It makes whatever business they are trying to promote look unprofessional and outright stupid. Consider your target market, spend 5 weeks trying to find an available domain name that is quality and would appeal to them, and then sell it to them. Honestly, I am at the point of paying someone to think up an available domain name for me, buy it, and then sell it to me. The only reason you can get so much money for a domain name is because a good one is so hard to come by. It's kind of like reverse inflation.

I do not see the need to use Q33K.com for your skate sight which is
alright by the way.
The Q33 was great if that K would have not been there but that so is life.

Buy a .com keyword skate related domain name and save this name for something else maybe even a buyer for it while you work on the skate site.
Yes i know you want to sell the 2 together but you might be able to sell the domain on SEDO.com and then continue with the skate site

Just the Logic thought here.
