Yes, your site has a nice design. I only do not like the moving adverts at the bottom of the page and the white border. The pics and the content are great.

It’s a very nice site overall. I do like the detailed description of the categories, showing of the latest submitted pictures is a nice feature as well especially with the dates on the bottom. The color is nice and the layout is functional and simple making it pleasing visually. The bottom of the page looks a little spammy and could be reworked a little in my opinion.

Although my connection is fairly slow it is not dial up. I have a DSL connection and it took quite a while for the home page to load but that is not really the problem, for me it is the fact that the page is not shown until its fully loaded, this could cause a new visitor to close it right away assuming your site is down or something just because they have slightly slower connection. I would consider the option of loading some part of the page during the wait even if its only the banner or just a 'loading Please be patient".

Your language drop down menu is cut off to where it only says 'choose your' I would consider moving this up to the login spot in the header... its obvious you are out of space in your sidebar to show more and if moved to the header you could allow it to say what’s it suppose to ... plus if someone from another language is on your site the first thing they will want to change is the language, I would assume, so it would make more sense to be near the login as to making it more convenient to change it before you login.

I would consider some sort of an 'about' link or intro on your home page. At first glance I am curious of if this is a site of pictures you "the site" offer to public then I ask is it free to use them or do I have to pay for rights or is it just to look at? Then I see that there are pictures uploaded by users and this leaves me with the same question are these free for use, purchasable, or just to look at? Some sort of what is the goal of the site or what it is you are trying to accomplish would be great. I am sure you learn more if you sign up but some like knowing what it is they are signing up for before going through all the work to become a member.

But if you are looking for traffic, you need to build lots of backlinks to your site from webdirectories, blogs, forums, social networking sites etc.
It's new and you have to go far.
