Thumbnail preview not available

I just embedded the code from your site

<script language="javascript" src="http://thumbnails.iwebtool.com/src.js?border=004891" type="text/javascript"></script>

into the body tags on
http://netingenuity.com/recent_projects.

Using Firefox 2.0, when I mouse over a link to an outside page, it gets a thumbnail that says

"Preview Unavailable
Awaiting capture." And it includes a text link to the site.

What does that mean? How can I get the preview to show the capture? Thanks.

I see that no one has replied to help you in several months. Perhaps you should check out the following tutorial:
