I just made a site that earns about 120 a month from adsense. It is really new and at the moment does not have any pr but will at the next update.

How much could I get for this if I were to try and sell now?

I think it should be more than $120 -- may be $120 x 6 if it has a consistent income for the last few months

Depends whatever someone is willing to pay i suppose but if it is earning that much so soon after you created it i would be inclined to keep it going and maybe even increase the revenue.

He has targeted his subject to a high paying keyword niche. Many of the ads that are served will pay him a lot of money per click with some as much as $30 to $50 per click. So it would not take a ton of traffic to do it, but imagine what he would be at with a lot of traffic.
