how long it really takes to reach ur PIN via mail

If you have not gotten it by now you should request they send you another one. I believe they have guidelines for how long you should wait before asking for another pin, but you are far beyond that period.

So definately ask for another one. Have you hit $100+ since then? Anyways, go today and request a new pin.

yes i am over 100$ now , just made 2nd request
is there any limit to how many times you can reuqest that PIN if you still not getting it

hmmm... long period. You should email them ask them to send via courier rather than regular post service.
