How do i get my site on search engines and make it known because i have no budgetmoney to spend on the site?

Ideally you want your site listed from links from other sites. The alternative is to let the search engines know you are there. Start with Google, I would suggest that you register a Google account and submit a sitemap as a start, this should get you going.

this is a IMP factor of seo.

If your website is working properly and follow the Google guidelines from developing and designing point of view then there is no need for spending on it. Just make it familiar with relavent websites.

If you want to be known you try using the basic SEO first , the promotions,
link building, directories submission and etc., then if those where not enough try other things through research.

Do some seo (keywords selection, keyword stuffing in your content)
submit to free web directories
ask for link exchange
write articles/blog posts
publish press release
and the list go on...
there are many ways you can use, but if you don't have budget, you have to spend time and effort in it.
