Where can i read the rules?

Is there a rules thread anywhere?
I want to know how many links i can set up in my signature and where i am allowed to put them in. I do not want to make anything wong in here, because it seems to be a great forum. Thanks for you help.

But i recognised that some people are having a link in their signature before they have reached 50 posts. Could i ad only ONE link now?
