Default Email Marketing mailshots
I've just been trying out vertical response email management (no, NOT spam! I'mm emailing previous customers).

Any idea what's considered a good response rate?

ie:
Opened
Clicked
Bounced
Unsubscribed?

Obviously sales is the end result I need, but I'm interested in 'typical' response rates....
