 |  More directory sites? I think that the last thing the world needs is more directory sites. There's Million of them! I just searched google for web directory and I got 4,070,000,000 results!

| Re: More directory sites? Well, "directory" doesn't mean there's over 4 billion directories; it means the word "directory" appears over 4 billion times online. I'd say there's closer to a few million directories - and only a few thousand worthwhile ones - online.

 | Re: More directory sites? Nowadays, directory are used to earn profit and search engine ranking (and PageRank ofcourse). I don't think users use directories to find websites anymore. Probably at one point back 2-3 years ago, users might have -- but search engines have taken over.
