Watch out for buying links, G is trying to identify bought links and suppress these for the purposes of PR calculation.

WHy are so many people hung up on PR. If you practice common sense SEO and Link Building you will be rewarded by Google with higher PR. PR will not change until the next eport, sou you're stuck with your current value until then.

Get quality back links. Be careful while link exchange or buying. Natural links works out to be the best and you need great ciontent to get more links.

Try these things

Do at least 3000 directory submission

Update your website content at frequent times and add keywords in your content

Participate in Seo forumand add your site link as signature.

Exchange link with theme related sites only.

In my experience ive found that a few backlinks from sites within your niche is better than 100's from others. So i suggest mailing the sites and asking for links exchanges but offering links from another of your sites to theirs as google is not to keen on direct links between sites.

Hi

If you exchange links with people then you are passing pr, as well as getting pr back, so that really isnt a good idea if you want high pr, also pr has nothing to do with relevancy !
