you can do Directory submission.
Article submission.
Rss submission.
try some link exchange with related sites.
get quality backlinks this is a IMP factor of SERP.

You should get one way links from high PR web sites. I just posted in my web site a list of PR3 and above Free web directories.

Use all ethical SEO tactics.
Make your website more effective with informative content and easy navigation.
Always create one way links for the website like - new directory submission, articles about your services, create press releases, posting comment in forums, blogs, bookmarking and many more....
