The URL opens on my end... I meant the spelling error was in the thread title..NOT the URL..

It is not trashy, but I will put some more effort in design.

The balance is a bit off. On the home page first impressions is that it is a 3 column layout, but it isn't. Suggest you consider putting the right column to the outside of the page to balance with the left.

aless and Alan make useful points.

But honestly, while this is not a design award, it is a very tasteful, easy to navigate, pleasant site, with useful content. More importantly (and this just might be my own personal bias and quirks) I would trust your site over an overly slick design. The reason being is that for the industry, your product offerings, and the fact that it is a local business card style informational site, your site feels honest and real.

It is clear you didn't use an out of the box template. And that is refreshing. I would rather look at original average site designs than templates any day of the week. And if you did use a template you did the miraculous: you made it your own without making it bad!

I get a clear understanding of your general offerings and I can contact you through various means quickly and easily. Your site says to me that real people that live in my community (if I lived in Indiana) are going to help me. And that means a lot to me.

I really wouldn't change a thing unless you are just sick of the design. I would look at creating/writing some original content (articles or resource tools) relevant to your industry and customers. Having meaningful content on your site could help set you apart from the competition if people have several different plumbing options in your area. As you site grows and your brand gets out there there are lots of things you could do to clean up and improve the overall design, but seems so unnecessary right now. The growth of your site will dictate how any design changes should go. Design is not marketing!

Of course this all becomes moot if you are trying to grow a nationwide franchise or your competition has super modern and slick sites that are showing up in the top ten for all of your keywords!

Best of luck and I hope you are finding your day well.
