Is soap really harmful for our body?

I just want to know about the effect of soap on dry skin from the medical experts person here.

I think it depends on what type of soap you are using. Even water will dry out your skin, so it's not an easy question.

There are many soaps with high levels of moisture, better use them.

It depends on the soap... Because our skin is sensitive to the contents of the soap..

Sometimes rashes or skin irritation occurs to those who have sensitive skin.

Yes it does but not that "really harmful to body", if you don't wash it off in an hour or so, your skin will dry.

I'd definitely recommend to use a soap with only natural ingredients and without perfume and colors. makes a big difference!

Use soap that contains moisturizer to avoid dry skin..And also consider if it's hypo-allergenic.
