I don't think that the logo really goes with the design

I think your website should have a trendy, colorful design as it is a shopping website. Im not saying that your disigning is bad. Its perfect but not relevant to "SHOPPING". Should be more colorful, trendy, fashionable with flash etc.. Currently it looks like a School or College website.

Sorry, it doesn't need to be "trendy". Consider the content. As for Flash, well it's great for multimedia, demonstrations, animations, but all this would do is slow down the site, use Flash, and other web technologies, in context and appropriately. Why do you think this isn't relevant to shopping?

like fellowknowbest said, I prefer to resize the logo to 3/4 of the current size. give padding at the top and left so the white part is not too near to the page border. I don't see clearly the "More search options" link, darker color would be nice.

Looks like a incomplete header. I am not going to suggest you to resize the logo but yes, you need to do some changes with your color coding. So that it will look good.

This site is not bad but your site doesn't have attract. Because it doesn't have image or flash program.
