US Company #7 in Canada #93 in US

I am confused. I own a small company selling medical supplies and nursing scrubs in the US. My Google page position in Canada is 7 and in the US is 93. This would be fine if I were a Canadian Company but I don't sell in Canada.
Does anyone know why I am blessed in Canada and cursed in the US.

Also I am trying to find out what a page rank of (NaN) means in the page rank tool.

That means you are getting strong backlinks from that territory

Is the server hosting your website located in Canada? If it is, be sure to move it to a hosting provider which host the server in USA.

My server hosting is in the US.

Competition should not matter, Canadian companies should all be in front of me as well as the US competition.

Maybe backlinks, I am not sure.

Also I used a Canadian company for PPC, but that shouldn't matter.

Try this one:
If you haven't already: Register your website at Google Webmaster Tools.
Then set your website's geographic target to United States.

Might help.

I did that but it was recent maybe it did not kick in yet. I wonder if the good position in Canada and now in Australia is hurting my US position.

It always happen for everyone. You can only say there are more competitors in USA compare to Canada. You have to make more backlinks to come on top in USA.

Scott, if you are coming in 7 and 3 for other countries, you are not pisssing Google off !!!

One possible idea is to set up a subdomain for the USA.acumedsupplies.com or something similar, and also look at getting some one way links heavily focused with keywords for America, ie American nursing supplies etc

Not a Number - NaN I think, or could be wrong.

I understand, but what is confusing to me is that I am not marketing outside of the US. I am not able to sell to those countries because the shipping and duties are too high for the price of my products. I added USA to my address but I think that Google should know that California is in the US since that is where they are located.
