Did you ever try Yahoo Geocities?

I like to know if some of you already try Yahoo Geocities or not today? I already did one before before i buy my own domain and hosting. Its good for me and i believe many people already do that right? Too bad we cannot put many ads and features at that site. Hoho..Its good right?

Anyone already try it before? Share with us your experience..

I have tried for one my new site but never checked if i can get any traffic.

I've tried it before... I haven't put ads on Geocities since they actually have automatic ads....

for placing all types of ads like google adsense and few others ads ppc try blogspot.com its free and much better than geocities

I wouldn't personally use geocities free hosting...There are a number of better free hosting providers out there if that is what you are referring to.

I had created a travel website 1 yr ago. But now using tripod.com free hosting. It is much better than yahoo geocities.

I was using it but its full of ads and I am using blogspot now. Its a good for adsense too.
