i am going to make a website called foxmods.net
already purchased the domain name

The hopes is to list the products(modifications) that the programmer/company has for a fee(either with one time charge/monthly charge/yearly charge)

users will be given a referral link to purchase the product so that foxmods gets credit for purchase made and all of these "referrals will be tracked from within their admin panel and from within our master admin panel

what kind of software should I use to achieve this?

You can purchase or download ready made website ... there are called affiliated program.

Few days back I purchased 1 product ... affiliatetrail ... do some research you may find better product than that.

From there you'll be able to create affiliated products and track there sale / impression / click per product and at the end of the month it will generate a total figure.
