need some advices

Please review my Business network. I would like to hear something about the design ( yes I know the source, but do you think it fits with the theme of the forum ? ), I would like hear something about the layout and about the structure of sections.

Any help is much appreciated

Your header logo does not look good.
The text on the link tabs are hard to read.
The general layout of the forum is pretty good, lots of info on the left sidebar (best side to ave it by the way!)
I like the fact that you have added different icons than the standard generic VB ones.

Header image is too short.
Top nav font is too small ... I can read but some people might not.
Left column latest news feeder has default image as "dog face" ... horrible!!!

Overall color combination looks good.

If it were a website I would have given you lots of recommendations to correct this and that. However, since it is a forum I understand that you do not have much control over the appearance of the forum. It has to be standardized and all you an do is apply this theme and that theme.

However, I would like to say that the look and feel of this forum is much more personal and looks like an actual website rather than just a standard forum. I like it very much. If you keep the website updated like not have the dog display on all the news section, it should be perfect.

I like the color scheme but i think the menu will look better if the button size is bigger or at least wider

I agree with the above.
Your header could do with a revamp,
your tabs are hard to read,
dogface for the news feeder section???
However I do like the colour and layout of the forum.
