When I use the page rank tool and click on the left IP Addresses for Google my page position is 27. When I enter Google without the page rank tool I am somewhere in the 150's both using the keyword urbane scrubs. Why is there such a difference?

I think the database the tool used is changed , and quite different each time I've checked , so u have to compare to tools from various sites.

possible like this:
SERPs for google.com/search?q=keyword&num=10
The results are different than [ num > 10 ] eg: SERPs for google.com/search?q=keyword&num=20
You may try num=50 or num=100. Most of time when you use num>10 the SERPs will list all same domain name sites together at once. Be aware that Google update Data Centers info or switch DCs very often and affect SERPs changed swiftly.

So that means I may be in alot better shape when they change data centers.

I may have been penalized (punished) when I added new products to my shopping cart. The left hand navigation uses the same words as the product headings on the category page so each time I added a prodcut the keywords doubled for that item. Since there are no descriptions my keyword density on that page went up to 9% and I didn't realize it. I have since stripped out all the keywords in the navigation and product headings. I am learning the hard way. By the way Google the definition of cruelty to punish someone without telling them you are doing so, and why.

It it possible that the page rank checker shows that position without the penalty?
