I am an IT and Network Manager with over 25 years experience in the field. I am also a professional programmer with an emphasis on PHP and MySQL for web development. I am always willing to help newbies or others with their questions or technical learning.

One of my newer projects involves the development of Country IP Blocks. This project is designed to assist IT Managers, Network Admins and Webmasters with added security by filtering IP traffic by country. The site http://www.countryipblocks.net provides instant and up to date data on 244 countries as well as complete data on all bogon networks (Reserved, Private, Auto-configuration, Loopback and Multicast networks). Webmasters can also instantly create .htaccess deny lists based on the country or countries of their choice. If you want to block China, Russia, Korea or 241 other countries the site has the most up to date data as the entire global database is updated daily.

While my IT/Network Management background focuses on security I am also completely proficient in Network and system design.
