does this place do affiliating, even if it does my sites prob way too small for a massive site like this

i was just wondering if your not busy if you wanna come check out the site i just put up
im finding it really hard to get people to stay no matter what i do, which is starting to hurt cause of all the work im putting into it and for some reason only like 27 people have joined, we are however on 3079 posts atm
if your not too busy that is
its main 2 sections are the video game area and the gfx area

but if you dont like what you see like most of the people must be doing and you cant see yourself staying thats cool
