Alright everyone, here's what I think the ideal Forum architecture of iWEBTOOL would look like (I've also added and removed a few forums, where I thought they'd be appropriate). The staff can edit the hierarchy if they would like to suggest more, or else just post here and I'll change it if anyone has some better improvements:

* Domain Name
o Discount Coupons
* Web Hosting
o Reseller Hosting
o Dedicated Servers


Website Feedback

* Website Reviews
* Design Reviews
* Domain Appraisals
* Your directory (Maybe here or under Web Marketing)


Web Design and Programming

* Web Development
* Web Editing Software (Formerly Tools & Software)
* CMS (For Blog, Wiki, etc. discussion)
* HTML & CSS
* PHP
* Misc. Programming (Java, ASP, etc.)


Web Marketing

* Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
* Social Media Optimization (SMO)(Digg, Stumbleupon, etc. discussions, but not for "Exchanges", "Paid requests", etc.)
* General Marketing and Promotion
* Link Building
* Advertise your website


Search Engines and Directories

* Google
o Adsense
o Adwords
o Google APIs
* Yahoo (This forum only has around 90 threads, so I merged the sub-forums into it)
* MSN
* Other Search Engines
* Directories


iWEBTOOL Marketplace

* Domains for Sale
* Websites for Sale
* Links for Sale
o Wanted links
o Link Exchange
* Other Goods
o Content
o Templates
* Web Hosting Deals (Somewhat split from "Other Goods")
* Want to Buy
* Community Contests


Talk Lounge

* Introduce yourself
* General Talk
o Media
o Misc. Web Discussion (For topics about the web that don't fit elsewhere)
* Webmaster News
* Discuss iWEBTOOL (Seems the same as S&F to me, so I merged them)
* iWEBTOOL Help and Support

Disagree. How does that improve anything? I see the issue as to many forums so some of the existing ones could be merged.
