Since you have used a template to design your website. It will be difficult to change the look and feel to your liking or to your requirement.

Nice looking site, I don't know if it's just my computer though but the navigation doesn't line up right. The text is right on the bottom base of the buttons. I don't know if that's intentional but I would move them up or center them or something. I'm using IE7 but that's what it looks like.
