Dicati.us is a website that offers free articles, tutorials, a design library, free webmaster tools, and more to it's customers/visitors. This website is designed with a custom CMS as well as having a custom layout. This site is built on a PHP/MySQL based platform and has an optimized backend for fast editing and fast running times. This site has proven itself to run efficiently under the most unbreable conditions.

As for content, Dicati.us currently has 5 articles/tutorials posted which have helped the site gain much of it's initial traffic. These articles and tutorials were written by me & there are also 5 unwritten article/tutorials that come with the site. I wrote all of these tutorials as well as coded and deisgned the site myself so I am able to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

I have a reason for selling this site: I have tuition to pay at my University (Auburn) and I am literally broke. I am almost in panic mode and there in most cases is no way I would sell such a staple site unless I was in dire need like now. I may take your bids for BIN's if you PM me, because of the fact that I must pay my tuition tomorrow or I will be kicked out of school. I am also willing to help out with progression of the site as well; that means primarily writing articles and fixing small things that may be issues if you have them.

Revenue Details:

I have not tapped much of the revenue myself in this site; primarily because of the fact that I have been spending time writing articles and creating tools for it to build the site up on the search engines. I have however sold some of the webmasters tools for profits at least to pay for the server. Also on days where I have had bursts of traffic in the past, adsense has made as much as $4 or $5 without question.

As for the reality of the site, it's potential is untapped. I am currently building an affiliate system to sale the web tools so you could easily make thousands knowing the potential of having a good affiliate product.

One thing I have also done is sell links on the sidebar of the site. These links have been sold for the price of anywhere from $5 to $20 a month. Another great untapped source of income.

Traffic Details:

Traffic primarily comes from sites like stumbleupon, pixel2life, and good-tutorials. Also the web tools have been gaining a lot of attention on search engines, usually on the first and second pages of their search titles.
