PC Issue

A friends PC does work. All the happens is when it's booted up all you get is a continuous on/off beep.

Looked at all the connections and everything looks fine.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Usually when the pc beeps theres hardware failure somewhere
Detach everything and start with just the video card. then attach hardware as you go

PC has no add-on cards. All is built into motherboard.

Chart, could you replace the hard drive with another one?

try to put a video card there, just try it

maybe you have a low power source
