Hi there,

I would be very interested in the position, although I am within UK residence in England itself. Wouldn't it be better to recruit English people from England as that is my native language, and, American English is not the same as the original English language (e.g. *British English - Colour : *American English Color).

Unfortunately, this is a scam. A WHOIS lookup will show the site is a few weeks old and registered to someone in the UK. This is consistent with the IP address that shows up in the email headers if you correspond with them. More telling, go to their site and view the people page. Look at the name in the second sentence. If you google that sentence you'll find http://www.optimumsoftware.com/people.htm which, you might note, looks quite a bit like the cascadesoft site ...

If you agree to work with them what will happen is that they will tell you that they're unable to use any standard payment method (for some reason) but just happen to be able to offer you a debit card through which you will receive payment (and, they say, you can use at any ATM).
