Default What would benefit my site more?

I have a group website of about 150 pages covering all aspects of the groups businesses, would I benefit more from dividing this site into 8 smaller website about the companies?

Nope a lot of people think that by creating lots of different sites and linking them together will help, but actually that would give u 8 times the work to promote 8 different sites, find a better way to organise your information on ur one site.

I suggest that you divide your site according to categories or create a folders that will identify the smaller website and it should be link to main website.

My honest opinion is - don't divide into seperate websites ... better you seperate them into sections and put the links according to the content.

8 sites are too much to manage and promote. At best, limit to 2-3 sites splitting the data in some logical way!

I would go for 1 site and some subdomains. That way you have some type of ordered structure.

I think you might also need to categorize/sort it . . .
