If they get a lot of clicks from people without cookies enabled they might suspect one person clicking using anonymizers. I guess...

yeh but google should take that into account. if businesses lose trust in adsence there unlikely to gain trust with adwords.

Well Its So Sad To Hear All This About . Well Its Hapens To Me Also Once But No Worries , Make A New Account And It Will Be Fine

Check The Tos Of Adsense And Make Sure That Next Time You Dont Make A Mistake
