I see some design related spot of improvement. I like the logo image, but i would say that the image which make display the text SONGALICIOUS can be improved at the main page, the submit button and the layout of the result pages as well.
You may want to make the popular/last searches appear at the main page as a list. As far as i know according to the google rules you should restrict the their robots to crawl this kind of content, i mean search results, but i belive that with the smart use of mod rewrite you will be able to hide this trick.

right now, there is not storage of last searches yet

so, google will never see anything except the main page or so...the other pages are dynamic

once i get someone reliable to get all the features i want working THEN we will improve design

for eg. iwanttunes.com I guess was one..

All it does is pull data from http://www.esnips.com
At first i purchased http://discountedscripts.com/product...60005e539773c5
that script and decided to toss it in the trash since it wasn't open source and every thing was encrypted
So i just wrote my own script

That script blows balls the way its setup.

It calls functions.php and checks the keycode with the active keycodes on the developers server to see if its valid. If its not it prints 'this is an unresisted version please go to me crappy site and register this junk script"

when this dudes server fuggs it cant validate the keycode and you get that ugly message.

Also the developer is such an ass he wants you to purchase the script two times

you have to have a keycode for

http://site.com

and

www.site.com
its bad enough to have to worry about your server staying up. who wants a script thats dependent on a server that should have nothing to do with you?
